Toledo Punch Recipe - How to make a Toledo Punch

Ingredients for a Toledo Punch

  • Sugar
  • Soda Water
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cognac
  • Mint
  • Oranges
  • Pineapple
  • Strawberries
  • Grapes
  • Champagne
  • Brandy
  • Claret
  • White Rhine Wine

Quantities for one drink:

  • 450 G Sugar
  • 1 Liter Soda Water
  • 2 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Liter Cognac
  • Mint Sprigs
  • 2 Washed
  • Sliced Oranges
  • 1/2 Diced Pineapple
  • 5 - 6 Washed
  • Halved Strawberries
  • Seedless Grapes
  • 225 Cl Champagne
  • 50 Cl Brandy
  • 150 Cl Claret
  • 150 Cl White Rhine Wine

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl
  • Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste
  • Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water
  • Add a block of ice
  • Serve in wine glasses
