Tequila Fizz #2 Recipe - How to make a Tequila Fizz #2

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • 4 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour tequila, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  • Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
  • Add club soda, stir well, and serve
