Tanzanian Tonic Recipe - How to make a Tanzanian Tonic

Ingredients for a Tanzanian Tonic

  • Pineapple Juice
  • Apricot Nectar
  • Peach Nectar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Orange Juice
  • Grenadine Syrup
  • Light Rum
  • Dark Rum

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup Apricot Nectar
  • 1 Cup Peach Nectar
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine Syrup
  • 6 oz Light Rum
  • 1 Dash Dark Rum

Blending Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Pour over ice in 4oz glasses, and add a dash of dark rum to each
  • Garnish with halves orange slices and stemmed maraschino cherries
