Ingredients for a Strawberry Bolle
- Apple Cider
- Champagne
- Strawberries
- Sugar
Quantities for one drink:
- 3 Bottles Chilled Apple Cider
- 1 Bottle Chilled Champagne
- 1 Kg Strawberries
- Sliced
- Hulled
- 8 Tblsp Sugar
Blending Instructions:
- Sprinkle strawbs with sugar, add one bottle cider
- Chill for several hours
- To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine
- Serve in small wine glasses
