Ingredients for a Somerset Punch

• Dry Cider
• Dry White Wine
• Apple Brandy
• Orange Juice
• Lemon Juice
• Apple Juice
• Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Liter Dry Cider
• 15 Cl Dry White Wine
• 5 Cl Apple Brandy
• 15 Cl Orange Juice
• 5 Cl Lemon Juice
• 15 Cl Apple Juice
• 30 Cl Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Combine and mix ingredients in a punch bowl with a large block of ice
• Add sliced strawberries, and serve in wine glasses
