Ingredients for a Scottalian

• Scotch
• Amaretto
• Triple Sec
• Lemon Juice
• Orange Juice
• Grenadine

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1 oz Amaretto
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1 tsp Grenadine

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients except the Grenadine
• Shake well
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass
• Add ice if you like
• Drop the Grenadine into the center and serve
