Ingredients for a Quentin

  • Dark Rum
  • Kahlua
  • Light Cream
  • Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Light Cream
  • 1/8 tsp Grated Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

  • In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Kahlua, and cream
  • Shake well
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg
