Pineapple Punch Recipe - How to make a Pineapple Punch

Ingredients for a Pineapple Punch

  • Red Wine
  • Tea
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Rum
  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Pineapple
  • Sherry

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 Bottle Red Wine
  • 5.07 oz Strong Tea
  • 3.38 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2.7 oz Rum
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 100 Gr Sugar
  • 200 Gr Pineapple Pieces
  • 1.69 oz Sherry

Blending Instructions:

  • Put the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them
  • Chill for 2 hours
  • Put tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum
  • Heat but do not boil the mixture
  • Pour over the pineapple pieces
