Pineapple Punch Recipe - How to make a Pineapple Punch
Ingredients for a Pineapple Punch
- Red Wine
- Tea
- Pineapple Juice
- Rum
- Lemon
- Sugar
- Pineapple
- Sherry
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 Bottle Red Wine
- 5.07 oz Strong Tea
- 3.38 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2.7 oz Rum
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 100 Gr Sugar
- 200 Gr Pineapple Pieces
- 1.69 oz Sherry
Blending Instructions:
- Put the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them
- Chill for 2 hours
- Put tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum
- Heat but do not boil the mixture
- Pour over the pineapple pieces
