Ingredients for a Pineapple Cooler

• White Wine
• Pineapple Juice
• Carbonated Water
• Powdered Sugar
• Orange Spiral
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 2 oz White Wine
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• Carbonated Water
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Orange Spiral
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Put white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar, and 2 oz carbonated water in a collins glass and stir
• Add ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir again
• Add the lemon peel and the orange spiral so the end dangles over rim of glass
