Montezuma Recipe - How to make a Montezuma

Ingredients for a Montezuma

  • Tequila
  • Madeira
  • Egg Yolk

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Madeira
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Blending Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time
  • Pour into a champagne flute and serve
