Ingredients for a Keep it Up
- Champagne
- Cognac
- Orange Juice
- Angostura® Bitters
- Sugar
Quantities for one drink:
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters
- 1 tsp Sugar
Blending Instructions:
- Pour champagne, cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute
- Add one sugar cube, saturated in angostura bitters, and a twist of orange
- Serve with a muddler
