Keep it Up Recipe - How to make a Keep it Up

Ingredients for a Keep it Up

  • Champagne
  • Cognac
  • Orange Juice
  • Angostura® Bitters
  • Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1/2 oz Cognac
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour champagne, cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute
  • Add one sugar cube, saturated in angostura bitters, and a twist of orange
  • Serve with a muddler
