• Scotch
• Sweet Vermouth
• Lemon Juice
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients
• Shake well
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes
