Jersey Toddy Recipe - How to make a Jersey Toddy

Ingredients for a Jersey Toddy

  • Apple Brandy
  • Angostura® Bitters
  • Water
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon
  • Honey

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Apple Brandy
  • 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • 5 - 8 oz Water
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Twist Lemon Peel
  • 1 tsp Honey

Blending Instructions:

  • Dissolve a teaspoon of honey in boiling water in an Irish Coffee mug
  • Add brandy and bitters and fill the mug with boiling water
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon and a cinammon stick for stirring
