Ingredients for a Japanese

  • Brandy
  • Orgeat Syrup
  • Lime Juice
  • Bitters
  • Lime Peel

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 1 1/2 tsp Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 Tblsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Dash Bitters
  • Twist of Lime Peel

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake all ingredients (except lime peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
  • Add the twist of lime peel and serve
