Jamaican Fizz Recipe - How to make a Jamaican Fizz

Ingredients for a Jamaican Fizz

  • Dark Rum
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Superfine Sugar
  • Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • 4 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  • Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
  • Add club soda, stir, and serve
