Jamaica Cooler Recipe - How to make a Jamaica Cooler

Ingredients for a Jamaica Cooler

  • Dark Rum
  • 7-Up® Soda
  • Orange Bitters
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 1/4 oz Dark Rum
  • 4 - 5 oz 7-Up® Soda
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the dark rum into a wine goblet and stir in the sugar until it dissolves
  • Add bitters and lemon juice, and a few ice cubes
  • Fill the glass with 7-up and stir well
