Ingredients for a Jamaica Cooler
- Dark Rum
- 7-Up® Soda
- Orange Bitters
- Lemon Juice
- Sugar
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 1/4 oz Dark Rum
- 4 - 5 oz 7-Up® Soda
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the dark rum into a wine goblet and stir in the sugar until it dissolves
- Add bitters and lemon juice, and a few ice cubes
- Fill the glass with 7-up and stir well
