Ingredients for a Irish Coffee
- Irish Whiskey
- Brown Sugar
- Coffee
- Heavy Cream
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar (demerara)
- 6 oz Hot Coffee
- Heavy Cream
Blending Instructions:
- Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in mug and stir to dissolve
- Float cold cream gently on top
- Do not mix
