• Dark Rum
• Light Rum
• Peppermint Schnapps
• Cream
• Mango Nectar
• Orange Juice
• Mango
• Mint
• Orange

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 4 oz Dark Rum
• 24 oz Light Rum
• 8 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 12 oz Cream
• 1 Qt Mango Nectar
• 1 Qt Orange Juice
• 1 Fresh Mango
• 8 Mint Sprigs
• 1 Small Orange

Blending Instructions:

• Combine light rum, dark rum, peppermint schnapps, mango nectar, cream and orange juice in a large punch bowl
• Stir well
• Add a block of ice
• Float mint sprigs, mango (cut into pieces) and orange slices (thinly sliced) on top
• Refrigerate for one hour before serving
