Ingredients for a Hong Kong Fizz

• Vodka
• Gin
• Benedictine Herbal Liqueur
• Yellow Chartreuse®
• Green Chartreuse®
• Lemon Juice
• Soda Water
• Caster Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Benedictine Herbal Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
• 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 4 oz Soda Water
• 1/2 tsp Caster Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice
• Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve
