Hong Kong Recipe - How to make a Hong Kong

Ingredients for a Hong Kong

  • Bitters
  • Sake Rice Wine
  • Rosso Vermouth
  • Campari® Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 Dashes Bitters
  • 2.03 oz Sake Rice Wine
  • 0.68 oz Rosso Vermouth
  • 1 Splash Campari® Bitters

Blending Instructions:

  • Fill boston shaker with ice
  • Add bitters, sake, red vermouth and campari
  • Stir ingredients until chilled
  • Strain into a martini glass and flame with either lemon or orange
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon or orange
  • Serve
