Harry's Cocktail Recipe - How to make a Harry's Cocktail
Ingredients for a Harry's Cocktail
- Mint
- Sweet Vermouth
- Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
- Gin
Quantities for one drink:
- 3 Fresh Mint Sprigs
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
- 2 oz Gin
Blending Instructions:
- Muddle two mint sprigs with vermouth and absinthe in a mixing glass
- Add gin, shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a stuffed olive and remaining mint sprig, and serve
