Fruit Pastille Recipe - How to make a Fruit Pastille
Ingredients for a Fruit Pastille
- Gin
- Dry Vermouth
- Blue Curacao
- Grenadine
- Orange Juice
- Ice
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 Measure Gin
- 1/2 Measure Dry Vermouth
- 3 Dashes Blue Curacao
- 3 Dashes Grenadine
- Fill With Orange Juice
- Ice Cubes
Blending Instructions:
- Place ice cubes into the glass
- Pour over measure of Gin, followed by the dry Vermouth
- Then fill up to desired level with Orange Juice
- Gently pour in dashes of Blue Curacao so that about 2/3rds of the orange goes green
- Then pour in the dashes of Grenadine so the bottom of the drink turns red
- Serve with straw
