Ingredients for a French Foam
- Brandy
- Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
- Sugar Syrup
- Angostura® Bitters
- Dry Sparkling Wine
Quantities for one drink:
- 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
- 7 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
Blending Instructions:
- Pour all ingredients into a highball glass
- Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve
