French Foam Recipe - How to make a French Foam

Ingredients for a French Foam

  • Brandy
  • Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Angostura® Bitters
  • Dry Sparkling Wine

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® Cherry Brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • 7 oz Dry Sparkling Wine

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour all ingredients into a highball glass
  • Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve
