Ingredients for a Eruption

  • Canadian Whisky
  • Creme De Cassis

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Canadian Whisky
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the whisky and creme de cassis into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
  • Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve
