Ingredients for a Dry Rob Roy

  • Scotch
  • Dry Vermouth
  • Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 1/2 oz Scotch
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

  • In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch and vermouth
  • Stir well
  • Strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish with the lemon twist
