Ingredients for a D.N.A. Cocktail

• Gin
• Blue Curacao Liqueur
• Lime Juice
• Pineapple Juice
• Strawberries
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 2/3 oz Gin
• 1/3 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
• 2 - 3 tbsp Lime Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 8 Strawberries
• 2 - 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Freeze the strawberries and chill the gin and blue curacao
• Use a test tube or if not available, a shot glass
• Moisten the rim with lime juice, then dip the rim into icing sugar
• Add blue curacao
• Tilt the tube/glass with great care, then pour chilled gin down the side to form a layer above the blue curacao
• Purée the strawberries and pineapple juice in a bar blender for 10 seconds, then add the purée on top of the gin
