Cream Puff Recipe - How to make a Cream Puff

Ingredients for a Cream Puff

  • White Rum
  • Light Cream
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Light Cream
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 6 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the rum, light cream and powdered sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
  • Shake well, and strain over 2 or 3 ice cubes in a highball glass
  • Fill with club soda, and serve
