Ingredients for a Coconut Toastie
- Light Rum
- Vanilla Ice-cream
- Whipped Cream
- Coconut
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 5 Tblsp Vanilla Ice-cream
- 1/4 oz Whipped Cream
- Shredded Coconut
Blending Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time
- Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve
