Coconut Daiquiri Recipe - How to make a Coconut Daiquiri
Ingredients for a Coconut Daiquiri
- White Rum
- Coconut Rum
- Lime Juice
- Sugar Syrup
- Coconut Cream
- Whipping Cream
- Dark Rum
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 3/4 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Sugar Syrup
- 3/4 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp Whipping Cream
- 2 tsp Dark Rum
Blending Instructions:
- Rim glass with lime and grated coconut
- Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with a slice of lime, and sprinkle dark rum on top using a barspoon
- Serve with short straws
