Claret Punch Recipe - How to make a Claret Punch
Ingredients for a Claret Punch
- Lemon Juice
- Superfine Sugar
- Claret
- Brandy
- Apricot Brandy
- Bourbon Whiskey
- Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
- Club Soda
- Tea
- Oranges
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 Cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Superfine Sugar
- 2.25 Liters (3 Bottles) Claret
- 12 oz Brandy
- 4 oz Apricot Brandy
- 4 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- 8 oz Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
- 1 Qt Club Soda
- 2 Cups Cold Tea
- 3 Sliced Oranges
Blending Instructions:
- Stir the lemon juice and sugar togeher in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved
- Add the claret, brandy, apricot brandy, bourbon whiskey, Cointreau, club soda and cold tea
- Stir well
- Add one large block of ice, then add orange slices
- Makes 30 (6-ounce) punch cups
