Ingredients for a Chocolate XS
- Dark Rum
- Dark Creme De Cacao
- Bailey's® Irish Cream
- Chocolate Syrup
- Milk
- Cocoa
- Chocolate Ice Cream
- Whipped Cream
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
- 1 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
- 3/4 oz Chocolate Syrup
- 3 oz Milk
- 1/3 tsp Sieved Cocoa
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 oz Whipped Cream
Blending Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients (except cream) briefly with a tablespoon of crushed ice
- Float the cream on top and serve with straws
