Ingredients for a Cherry Flip
- Cherry Brandy
- Powdered Sugar
- Light Cream
- Egg
- Nutmeg
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Light Cream
- 1 Whole Egg
- Nutmeg
Blending Instructions:
- Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve
