Ingredients for a Champagne Fizz
- Gin
- Lemon Juice
- Superfine Sugar
- Champagne
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 3 oz Chilled Champagne
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
- Strain into a champagne flute, add champagne, and serve
