Ingredients for a Casablanca

  • White Rum
  • Coconut Rum
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Coconut Cream
  • Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

  • Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass
  • Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred
