Caribbean Fly Recipe - How to make a Caribbean Fly

Ingredients for a Caribbean Fly

  • Bacardi® White Rum
  • Myer's® Dark Rum
  • Bacardi® 151 Rum
  • Orange Juice
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Angostura&re

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® White Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Myer's® Dark Rum
  • 3/4 oz Bacardi® 151 Rum
  • 5.07 oz Orange Juice
  • 5.07 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Blending Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together in a blender (except the Angostura), pour into a highball glass and stir with a cinnamon stick
  • Leave refrigerated for an hour or longer
  • Pour into another glass topped with ice and add a dash of Angostura bitters
  • Garnish if desired
  • A jug makes 4-5 servings dependent on the shape of the jug
  • so multiply accordingly on the amount of thirsty guests you have
