Ingredients for a Candida

  • Cognac
  • Anisette
  • Whipping Cream
  • Egg

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 oz Cognac
  • 1 oz Anisette
  • 1 oz Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 oz Egg White

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake well and strain into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice
