Canadian Daisy Recipe - How to make a Canadian Daisy

Ingredients for a Canadian Daisy

  • Canadian Whisky
  • Brandy
  • Lemon Juice
  • Raspberry Syrup
  • Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Canadian Whisky
  • 1 tsp Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
  • 4 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  • Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
  • Fill with sparkling water
  • Float the brandy on top
  • Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve
