Ingredients for a Cabaret Martini
- Gin
- Dubonnet® Rouge Vermouth
- Angostura® Bitters
- Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
Quantities for one drink:
- 3 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge Vermouth
- 4 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
- 4 Dashes Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime twist, and serve
