Cabaret Martini Recipe - How to make a Cabaret Martini

Ingredients for a Cabaret Martini

  • Gin
  • Dubonnet® Rouge Vermouth
  • Angostura® Bitters
  • Pernod® Licorice Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

  • 3 oz Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge Vermouth
  • 4 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • 4 Dashes Pernod® Licorice Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
  • Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a lime twist, and serve
