Brandy Punch Recipe - How to make a Brandy Punch

Ingredients for a Brandy Punch

  • Brandy
  • Dark Rum
  • Lemon Juice
  • Water
  • Dry Ginger Ale
  • Orange
  • Pineapple
  • Raspberries

Quantities for one drink:

  • 50 Cl Brandy
  • 12 Cl Dark Rum
  • 3 Cl Lemon Juice
  • 20 Cl Water
  • 30 Cl Dry Ginger Ale
  • 1 Sliced Orange
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 tbsp Raspberries

Blending Instructions:

  • Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill
  • Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses
