Ingredients for a Boston Punch
- Champagne
- Cider
- Brandy
- Triple Sec
- Dark Rum
- Lemon Juice
- Soda Water
- Sugar
Quantities for one drink:
- 75 Cl Champagne
- 28 Cl Cider
- 14 Cl Brandy
- 2 oz Triple Sec
- 3 oz Dark Rum
- 4 oz Lemon Juice
- 40 Cl Soda Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Blending Instructions:
- Dissolve sugar and combine ingredients in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill
- Add thin wedges of apple
- Serve in wine glasses
