• Irish Whiskey
• Lemon Juice
• Honey
• Water

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 2 Parts Irish Whiskey
• 1 Part Lemon Juice
• 1 Part Light Honey
• 2-3 Parts Water

Blending Instructions:

• Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved
• Pour in Old-fashioned glasses with a spoon in it (to prevent the glass from breaking if the drink is too hot)
