Bird of Paradise Cooler Recipe - How to make a Bird of Paradise Cooler

Ingredients for a Bird of Paradise Cooler

  • Gin
  • Lemon Juice
  • Grenadine Syrup
  • Superfine Sugar
  • Egg
  • Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • 1 Egg White
  • Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
  • Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
  • Fill with soda/sparkling water
  • Stir well, and serve
