Ingredients for a Berta's Special

• Tequila
• Honey
• Orange Bitters
• Egg
• Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

US Units Metric Units

• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 tsp Honey
• 6 Dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 Egg White
• 1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the tequila, honey, orange bitters, egg white and lime juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake vigorously, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes
• Fill with soda water, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve
