Ingredients for a Benka on the Rocks
- Whiskey
- Lemon Juice
- Ginger Ale
Quantities for one drink:
- 4 oz Whiskey
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 10 oz Chilled Ginger Ale
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the whiskey and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass
- Fill with chilled ginger ale, and serve
