Bayou Self Recipe - How to make a Bayou Self

Ingredients for a Bayou Self

  • Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
  • Butterscotch Schnapps
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Splash Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

  • Pour Captain Morgan spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  • Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice
  • Top with grenadine, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple
