Applejack Collins Recipe - How to make a Applejack Collins
Ingredients for a Applejack Collins
- Applejack Brandy
- Lemon Juice
- Superfine Sugar
- Orange Bitters
- Soda Water
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Applejack® brandy
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 dashes orange bitterssoda water
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass
- Top with soda water, to taste, and serve
