Ingredients for a Healthy Eggnog
- Egg Substitute
- Sugar
- Evaporated Skimmed Milk
- Skimmed Milk
- Vanilla
- Rum
Quantities for one drink:
- 1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/3 oz Evaporated Skimmed Milk
- 3/4 oz Skimmed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 oz Rum
Blending Instructions:
- Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum
- Mix well
- Chill overnight
- Sprinkle with nutmeg
- Serves 4-6
