Healthy Eggnog Recipe - How to make a Healthy Eggnog

Ingredients for a Healthy Eggnog

  • Egg Substitute
  • Sugar
  • Evaporated Skimmed Milk
  • Skimmed Milk
  • Vanilla
  • Rum

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 oz Evaporated Skimmed Milk
  • 3/4 oz Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 oz Rum

Blending Instructions:

  • Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum
  • Mix well
  • Chill overnight
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg
  • Serves 4-6
