Ingredients for a "Winter Wine"

• Red Wine
• Cognac
• Cinnamon
• Honey
• Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 35 Cl Red Wine
• 2 oz Cognac
• 1 Pinch Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 2 oz Water

Blending Instructions:

• Heat in a small saucepan and pour into heat-proof cups just before boiling
• Add a slice of lemon to each cup, and serve
