Ingredients for a "White Elephant"

• Coconuts
• Coconut Milk
• Sugar
• White Rum
• White Creme De Cacao
• Crushed Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Cup Moist Shredded Coconuts
• 1 Cup Coconut Milk
• 4 tbsp Sugar
• 6 oz White Rum
• 2 oz White Creme de Cacao
• 1 Cup Crushed Ice

Blending Instructions:

• Combine ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth and thick
• Serve with a straw, and a garnish of shredded coconut
