Ingredients for a "Whiskey Swizzle"

• Blended Whiskey
• Bitters
• Lime Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 3 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the whiskey, bitters, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosted
• Shake the contents of the cocktail shaker, and strain into the collins glass
• Add club soda, add a swizzle stick, and serve
